Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri has expressed his “readiness to facilitate” the introduction of bills to amend some aspects of the wage scale law and the accompanying taxes to secure its funding resources, “if presented to the general assembly of the parliament,” the pan-Arab al-Hayat daily reported on Wednesday.

Israel's education minister “warned Lebanon” following what he described as “threats” by Hizbullah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Three Lebanese nationals were among the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted a Turkish restaurant in Burkina Faso on Monday and left 18 individuals dead, Lebanon's authorities said.

Buses carrying Saraya Ahl al-Sham rebels and displaced Syrians took off from east Arsal heading to Syria's eastern al-Qalamoun, the National News Agency reported on Monday.

According to reports, the vehicles are transporting around 360 rebels and many displaced Syrians.
