استنابات قضائية لملاحقة المسلحين في احداث طرابلس خصوصا من يظهرون على الشاشات

سطر مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر استنابات قضائية الى كل من الشرطة العسكرية مديرية المخابرات في الجيش اللبناني والمديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي لمعرفة الاشخاص المسلحين في احداث طرابلس الاخيرة وكشف هويتهم وملاحقتهم وتوقيفهم، ولا سيما الذين يظهرون على شاشات التلفزة.
من جهة أخرى، عقد الجمعة اجتماع للمدعين العامين في المناطق اللبنانية كافة والمحكمة العسكرية بناء على دعوة مدعي عام التمييز بالانابة سمير حمود، في حضور وزير العدل شكيب قرطباوي، تم الاتفاق على التشدد في المسار القانوني ومتابعة جميع القضايا من دون استثناء.
كما اتفق على اصدار الاستنابات القضائية المناسبة وكل ما يقتضيه الوضع في اطار الاجراءات التي يسمح بها القانون.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء بعد اشتباكات طرابلس التي ما تزال مستمرة وأودت بحياة أكثر من خمسة عشر شخصا وأكثر من مئة جريح. كما لم توفر رصاصات القنص الصحافيين.
ويظهر المسلحون على شاشات التلفزة منهم من يكشف عن وجهه ومنهم من يفضل أن يغطيه.
كما يظهر أولاد مسلحون أحدهم أراد ان يبرهن لمراسلة صحفية أنه يستطيع إطلاق النار مباشرة بوجودها.
وهذه أول استنابة قضائية تسطر بحق مخلي الأمن في طرابلس، المدينة التي تحصل فيها اشتباكات متقطعة منذ سنوات ولا تحرك الدولة ساكنا تجاه المسلحين.
يشار إلى أن أزمة طرابلس ليست منفردة بل مرتبطة بالأزمة السورية وكل إجراء من الدولة اللبنانية يراعي الإنقسامات السياسية بين مؤيدي النظام السوري ومعارضيه.

The only question I have is why the hell did they wait until 4 days after the clashes started, they should of started arresting them on day one. Seriously are they ever going to learn.

Ur feelings and views are understandable. Trust me when i say that lebanon is not the only place with this kind of problem. Even in NYC, certain groups of people have their own sets of laws. Lebanon is one of the most complex countries in the world politically and religiously. Loving our country means patience and extreme tolerance. Cautious optimism is setting in i think, we are still in the negative but it seems we moving towards a positive. This will only happen with Assad's regime disappearing and this total failure of a government changing.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree NYC can't even get close to a mile of how lawless Lebanon has become. For gods sake you have people kidnapped and their kidnappers are on TV talking about it! You have militia men fighting and talkIng about it as if there is no government.
This is as bad as it gets. The only place you can compare to Lebanon is a jungle.

im not actually comparing lebanon to NYC, there is no real comparison, im just saying that even in such a city, this political separation due to religious affiliation exists. Lebanon is currently a jungle , yes. your name is very saddening "formerlebanese". things are very hard and complicated in lebanon right now and its very disheartening, but lets do it all a favor by believing in our tiny, fragile, confused but beautiful country because thats what it needs. Lebanon still deserves our love and in my mind always will.

It's about time the state stepped up its efforts in containing the situation. The next step is to issue an order to seal up the border and collect the weapons. This is the perfect opportunity for the Lebanese to strengthen the state while the Syrian regime is weak because no one knows what the future Syria will look like and if it will meddle in Lebanese affairs.
