عون يحذر من مخاطر تعطيل الحلول المقترحة لتحسين الكهرباء

تحدّثَ رئيس الجمهورية عن واقع الكهرباء في لبنان، منتقدا محاولات تعطيل الحلول المقترَحة لتحسين واقعِ هذا القطاع، وفي هذا الاطار أكدت مصادر وزارية لصحيفة "الجمهورية" أن تحذير عون بشأن ملف الكهرباء "يعني أنه وقريبا سيكون هناك نقص حاد في الكهرباء وتقنين بالغ التأثير على كل مناحي الحياة".
وكان عون قال "في المرّة الماضية فشلَت المناقصة ولا أعرف السبب، في وقتٍ ترتفع كلفة إنتاج الكهرباء… نحن نشتري كهرباء ولا نستأجر سفناً، إنّ كِلفة الكهرباء التي نأخذها أقلّ مِن كلفةِ إنتاجنا، وأقلّ مِن الكلفة يَعني أنّ الكهرباء التي نشتريها تُحقّق ربحاً للمواطن الذي سيَدفع أقلَّ من نِصف الفاتورة، فيما مؤسّسة الكهرباء تدفع سعرَ كلفةِ كلّ كيلوات ساعة لا تُنتجه خسارة 70 سنتاً يتحمّلها الاقتصاد اللبناني".
وتابع "لا أريد أن أسمع بعد اليوم خطابات وتعليقات، أريد جواباً. كيف يمكن من الآن حتى يصبح لدينا سنترالات كهرباء أن أغطّي المساحة الزمنية؟
وشدد على أن "المطلوب حلُّ هذه المعضلة، لا يجوز أن نعقدَ جلسة أُخرى لمجلس الوزراء ولا يكون هناك قرار في شأن الكهرباء. أنا لا أسمح لنفسي أن يبقى الوضع على ما هو عليه، سأخرج إلى الإعلام وأقول بصراحة إنّ هناك عجزاً في الحكومة عن معالجة الكهرباء".
ومِن جهته وزيرُ الطاقة سيزار أبي خليل شدَّد على "ضرورة اتّخاذِ القرارات اللازمة لحلّ مشكلة الكهرباء التي هي ليست مجهولة والجميعُ يعرفها وعرَضناها على اللجنة الوزارية، وبالتالي علينا اتّخاذ القرار بها إذا أردنا فعلاً حلَّ مشكلة الكهرباء".

Wouldn't it be easier, and certainly in the interests of Lebanon if President Aoun stated that the government should sit down with Israel and reach a peace treaty.
Or is he afraid of being assassinated for this?

probably ... But until Israel makes peace with Palestinians it's unlikely

Surely you mean, when the Palestinians decide that they want to make peace with Israel, not take pieces of Israel.
Remember, Lebanon has no territorial arguments with Israel, except for a small wedge of coastal water, so all the other problems should be a lot easier than with the Palestinians.
Egypt and Jordan found the way to have peace and have only gained from this peace, and so could Lebanon. Just today we read of the electricity problem, just like Israel supplies electricity to Gaza (when they agree to pay for it), so in the interim until a solution is found, could Lebanon.

President Aoun needs to crush all those puppets who have been trying to obstruct 24/7 electricity.its those that benefit from the private generators that are obstructing the real solutions. He needs to put an end to all those dimmies.
