مؤتمر لحقوقيي 14 آذار: حماية المتهمين جناية يعاقب عليها القانون

يعقد حقوقيو قوى 14 آذار مؤتمرا صحافيا الاسبوع المقبل يردون فيه الرد على المؤتمر الصحافي الذي عقده رئيس "كتلة الوفاء للمقاومة" النائب محمد رعد وعضو المجلس الدستوري سابقا سليم جريصاتي.
وسيركز الحقوقيون، بحسب ما كشفت صحيفة "النهار" على اعتبار حماية المتهمين الاربعة في ملف اغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري ورفاقه جناية يعاقب عليها القانون.
وكان رعد وجريصاتي قد عقدا مؤتمراً صحفياً مشتركاً في مجلس النواب، على غرار المؤتمر الذي عقداه في 10 كانون الأول من العام 2011 في المكان نفسه، فنّدا في خلاله القرار الاتهامي الصادر عن المحكمة الدولية حيث اعتبر رعد أن القرار مسيّس ويفتقد الى المعايير الدولية، وأن المصالح الأميركية والاسرائيلية أملت صدوره، موضحاً أنه جاء متطابقاً للتسريبات التي قامت بها المحكمة.
وأكد رعد أن القرار الاتهامي خلا من أي دليل مباشر وقال: "لو أزلنا التزامن الزمني للاتصالات لما وجدنا أي إثبات يستند إليه"، داعياً إلى الهدوء وتجنّب الكيدية لتصفية حسابات داخلية، واعداً بردّ تقني من الحزب يدحض ما ورد في القرار الاتهامي لجهة موضوع الاتصالات.
أما جريصاتي الذي تلا دراسة مؤلّفة من 19 صفحة فولسكاب فإنه رأى أن القاضي بيلمار استعان في القرار بالأدلة الظرفية حصراً، دون الاستعانة بالأدلة القطعية، معتبراً أن القاضي فرانسين راكم الاقتران الزماني على المكاني وأظهر وهن هذه الحجة وخفتها، مستغرباً كيف أن بيلمار أهمل القرائن بشأن إمكانية تورّط اسرائيل.
