Prime Minister Saad Hariri said that diligent employees in the state’s institutions must not be done injustice during the process of eradicating corruption.

Minister of Finance Ali Hassan Khalil affirmed on Tuesday that he will make intensive contacts with Lebanon’s political forces to finalize the budget process which does not include any new taxes or fees, al-Joumhouria daily reported on Tuesday.

Thirteen people were injured Sunday when a ceiling collapsed on mourners in the Hermel area of Fissan, the National News Agency said.

The wounded, most of them women, suffered fractures and bruises and were evacuated by medics and Lebanese Red Cross crews to hospitals in the area.
