Israeli report says 'increased Hezbollah activity' detected in several Lebanese areas

The Israeli army is readying for several scenarios on the northern front with Lebanon, Israel’s Maariv newspaper said.

“Israeli intelligence has detected increased Hezbollah activity in various Lebanese regions, including North Litani, the Bekaa and south Beirut,” the Israeli daily added.

“Hezbollah is working on rebuilding al-Radwan Force and extracting weapons from depots previously bombed by Israel,” Maariv said.

“Hezbollah is trying to carry out a double process based on rebuilding its strength and calmly and avoiding a direct confrontation with Israel,” the newspaper added.
