Army Arrests Murder Suspect, 3 Others in Beirut Southern Suburbs

The army said on Thursday it arrested a fugitive wanted for murder and three other people for the possession of drugs in several areas of Beirut's southern suburbs.
Hassan Hussein Zoaiter, who is wanted for the death of a Lebanese man, was apprehended, said a communique issued by the army command.
Three other suspects were arrested for the possession of drugs, stated the communique.
The military seized light ammunition during the raids, it added.
The army units made the arrests in the areas in Borj al-Barajneh, Haret Hreik, al-Mraijeh and al-Kafaat.

There is still one truly sore area of Beirut known as Rweiset or Rouesat where some hardcore criminal hide routinely. They range from thieves, assassins including some of those who killed Pierre Gemayel jnr. The thieves are well known, they are the ones who broke into and stole many shops and here to name a few, in Jdeideh, Mansourieh, Sin El Fil, Bouchrieh, Dora, the Industrial Zone in Bouchrieh, Zalka, Jal El Dib and Antelias. Ces criminels guazouilles a l'interieur, so the army must under NO circumstances ignore this area, for sure, I am against the army advertising its intention to enter that criminal infested place so that the culprits will not escape to other safe havens, but definitely the army must go and arrest them. First the army must have at the ready many trucks to carry them criminals. Rweset.
