Raad Hints 'Ploys' in Formation Process May Topple New Cabinet
إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربيةHizbullah on Friday warned that any “ploys and maneuvering” in the cabinet formation process might “topple the results that are sought” from the formation of a new government.
The party has called for “forming an all-embracing cabinet comprising all national components so that it can confront all political, security, economic and social problems,” said MP Mohammed Raad, head of Hizbullah's Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc.
The cabinet formation process has suffered a new blow as the March 8 camp rejected that the interior ministry portfolio be allocated to former Internal Security Forces chief Ashraf Rifi in return for keeping the energy portfolio with the Free Patriotic Movement.
"Ploys and maneuvering in the cabinet formation process to exclude an essential component might topple the results that are sought from this inclusive cabinet," Raad cautioned.
Attempt to "eliminate the word 'resistance' from the Lebanese vocabulary means that someone wants to put all points pertaining to the National Charter of coexistence on the discussion table, because this issue cannot be raised selectively,” Raad added.
The FPM, Hizbullah and their allies in the March 8 camp are likely to pull their ministers out of any so-called de facto cabinet they do not approve of, forcing its collapse. The cabinet would then act in caretaker capacity and new parliamentary consultations would be held to name a new prime minister-designate.

This was an A-lAkhbar rumor that Future immediately denied.

The word resistance exists only in the shia iranian vocabulary. Wake up loser!
I want the army ft.
Let the armaments of your HA be given to the army and let your heroes enlist in the army. No sectarian militia with Faqih ideology is going to be acceptable by any true Lebanese (even if they do not steal cars and electricity and control public institutions, and kidnap citizens).
It is becoming pretty obvious who does not want a cabinet.. all attempts in the past of pointing the finger at m14 have to come to naught after m14 backed them into a corner and when m8 (except Aoun) "agreed" to the rotation... now they are pulling out.. well not that i expected anything better from the two in the first place...
Ice that's what the Nabil "the kherr berr wizard" Nicola and I were considering, then I thought you know what, Flatulence is so far up the Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc head's ass he can look around and count Raad's dental cavities we won't need a tiny mouth mirror or dental radiography.
whatever. Form the gov, let them pull out, it becomes a caretaker gov led by salam with ratated portfolios. its better than nothing.
