حزب الله: طلبنا من الدولة حماية الضاحية فأبلغتنا الدولة أنها عاجزة

أكد رئيس الهيئة الشرعية في "حزب الله" الشيخ محمد يزبك أن "حزب الله ليس مع الأمن الذاتي، لكن بكل صراحة وعلى المكشوف، جرى الطلب من القوى الأمنية، ومن أعلى المسؤولين إلى كل المسؤولين تحمل مسؤولياتهم الأمنية، ولكن ليس من مجيب".
وسأل يزبك خلال احتفال تأبيني في بلدة أنصار البقاعية "ماذا تريدون أن نفعل وأنتم تقولون أن هناك سيارات مفخخة؟ هل رأيتم دولة تتخلى عن أمن أهلها؟".
كما سأل "الذين لا ينفكون عن الحديث عن النأي بالنفس: هل النأي بالنفس أن يصبح لبنان ممرا للمسلحين والسلاح إلى سوريا؟".
من جهته قال نائب الأمين العام ل"حزب الله" الشيخ نعيم قاسم في احتفال تأبيني أيضا في المعهد الفني الإسلامي "نحن نؤمن أن الأمن هو مسؤولية الأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية، كما نؤمن أن القضاء هو مسؤولية القضاء اللبناني، كما نؤمن أن إدارة الدولة مسؤولية أجهزة الدولة".
إلا أن قاسم كشف أنه "تواصلنا مع الأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية وكلفنا أحد المسؤولين من حزب الله ليجلس مع قادة الأجهزة اللبنانية، وطالبناهم بكل وضوح أن يقوموا بواجبهم وأن يأخذوا دورهم، فأعلنوا عجزهم وقالوا لا نستطيع أن نؤمن العديد ولا أن نقوم بحماية الضاحية وبعض المناطق الأخرى".
وتابع قاسم "قلنا نحن لا نقبل بهذا الجواب، ولا تستطيع الأجهزة أن تقول بأنها عاجزة، عليها أن تبحث عن الحل، فإن كان الحل بزيادة العديد فزيدوا عديدكم، وإذا كان الحل بالموازنة اطلبوا الموازنة المطلوبة، وإذا كان الحل بالقرار السياسي فلنناقش كيفية اتخاذ القرار السياسي، ولكن نقول الآن كما قلنا ونقول في المستقبل: الأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية هي المسؤول الحصري عن أمن الناس وعليها أن تبحث عن الحل".
عليه سأل "إلى أن يحصل الحل ماذا نفعل؟ نترك مناطقنا سائبة؟ نعطي فرصة للمجرمين وللتكفيريين أن يقوموا بالأعمال العدوانية ضد الناس؟".
وإلى الذين "يقولون: الدولة هي الحل، والدولة تقول أنها لا تستطيع" سأل "هل تبقى الشوارع مفتوحة للسيارات المفخخة تذهب وتجيء مرارا وتكرارا وتوقع التضحيات؟ ما هذا المنطق الذي تتحدثون به".
وخاص قاسم إلى القول "هم يريدون نظرية القبول بالفراغ والتسيب حتى تحصل الفوضى في مناطقنا، وذلك باسم دور الدولة ومكانتها".
يشار إلى أن انفجارين ضربا منطقة بئر العبد في الضاحية في التاسع من تموز الفائت وآخر ضرب منطقة الرويس في آب ما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات القتلى والجرحى.

Why is everyone making a big fuss about the Hizb's autonomous security now, the Hizb in the dahyeh always had autonomous security since forever, this isn't a new phenomenon. State authorities need to act for the safety of the people first, to lead by example and put aside all other political debating factors. Each and every Lebanese individual is eligible to be treated the same. If security can be stepped up for a consulate or embassy under threat then it can be stepped up for any area in Lebanon equally as much.
