So its a propaganda campaign that Nasrallah has decided to use in fending off the STL. While Nassrallah allows himself to throw accusations left and right he cannot accept an indictement that took 6 years to be produced after thorough investigations. If it was a conspiracy it would have been done a long time ago not after 6 years.

Personally I believe that there is enough evidence pointing at Israel's and the Bush Administration's involvement in the Hariri assassination.
