Technocratic government or nothing until elections are held!

The situation in Lebanon has reached a level of division not even during the mighty war of the past was in existence. I am afraid that Lebanon has reached a stage where nothing could safe it from a final blow. while some think that Lebanon is resiliant, I for one believe otherwise. Only if something transpires in Syria would we find a way out of the impasse that's plaguing Lebanon and its ability to survive. Not that the Lebanese are ignorant or to blame; it's our political leaders that are spoiling the situation with their short sightedness.

Roar, only a a member of the SNNP turned FMr views the facts in that light. The only defence the Druze had and still do are the Israelies, and that is a known fact. The PSP supported the PLO against their fellow countrymen, an honourable stance indeed. The Christians you talk about have been the scapegoat used by the Druze to protect themselves against being labled infidels., you kicked them out of the Chouf, now the Druze are terrified the vacuum will be filled by the Shia. The only barrier stopping HA from taking over are the Israelis, so stop your verbal diarea, ,

Anyone is free to call for any form of Government, but the constitution states that only the President and the PM have the right to form the Cabinet and the Parliament has the right to cast it vote regarding the proposed Cabinet. So why is this deadlock? It is arms in the hand of rogue parties and the threats of armed conflicts.

What Jumblat should be made a part of is not a cabinet but a cabbineh. Flush.
