Do French politicians visit Belgium and hold talks about how their country is running? What about Chilean and Argentinian? Or Cypriot and Lebanese? Or Omani and Yemeni? Maybe Vietnamese and Laotian? No? Wait, I have a good one .. do Syrian politicians come and talk to Lebanese leaders?

Lebanese leaders, you are all a joke. Yes, ALL of you. You derive power illegitimately. NONE of you are elected by the people.

So what? So Jumblatt went to see Assad. Did they have tea or coffee. This is one old man on his way out and a young man who has found a quick exit. Neither have any respect for the people they allegedly represent - Jumblatt for the people who elected him and his party into Parliament, nor Assad for anyone but himself and his family.

Lebanese, view your political class.

seriously:
1)assad is not anymore the powerful assad of b4
2) jumblat lost his own people in lebanon and now he is losing the druze in syria
3)there will be no "effective" gvmt b4 the fall of the syrian regime, and the tribunal indicment.like we said in this forum 5 months ago.
4) no govmt is far better then a gvmt of war, that what assad is trying to prove to the west:if the regime falls all the area will fall into chaos, and what frightens the regime in syria, that the west is beginning to accept his fall.
bilad el arz is prevailing.
n.b.message to ahrar sourya:what u are enduring,we endured it for 30 years and we prevailed.
there is no regime in the whole history of humanity who lasted more then his people. just believe.

Hasn't Jumblat yet realized that the Assad/Hizbollah ship is sinking? History will be harsh on him: He has sided with Iranian Basij in 2009 when they brutally suppressed Tehran Spring. He has sided with Lebanese Basij as they transformed Hizbollahstan into a grand prison of the mind and soul. And now he is siding with the criminal Syrian regime as they brutally suppress the people peaceful demands for freedom and democracy. Pity Jumblat and his blind followers!

Grovelling to the syrians is bad enough. To do it when they have so much blood on their hands and are obviously on the way out is to add injury to treason.

Walid bey, come back to your country and help build an independant democratic free lebanon.

This guy is spineless...a person who sits down with the son of his fathers killer is by far not worthy of the trust his people placed in him. He got a majority in the elections because the free druze decided against being syrian followers but here he is, stepping over everyone and dumping their trust in the garbage. He should go like so many Lebanese so called politicians who sell their own mothers for a hand full of dollars. What a disgrace!

Ghazi held his hand and took him to ElSham to bid Bashar farewell...
They cried on each others' shoulder and promised to meet each other in HELL....
Bashar told Waleed: Remeber Waleed, you owe me a lot of favors. If I am killed in the next few days by my soldiers, Pls add Basma to your Harem. Save her Pls I beg you..... just as you saved Noura in the past.

Lebanese, they think they are in a democracy while they are actually living in one of the worlds biggest hypocrisies, weak minded followers following some of the most corrupt leaders in the history of the world, yet they, for some reason seem to hate and blame it all on their far more superior neighbor.

Lebanese actually are so delusional so shortsighted that they really think that by isolating themselves form Syria they would be better off while in reality they haven't been able to provide anything for their own people or agree on a proper government formation or any other "proper" benefit of their own country in the first place, all the while while the people stand under this piss and smile and say its raining.

oh one other thing for those who are wishing the fall of the syrian regime ( which will never happen by the way, not by a loong shot) but supposing so, then the entire M.E. will be engulfed in a flame of war lasting decades and claiming the lives of millions.

Hey undefined, I think you're title explains itself enough for me not to respond to you further than these words which truly "define" your characteristics.
