حرب: 8 آذار لا تريد اجراء الإنتخابات في موعدها للحفاظ على حكومة ميقاتي

أكد عضو قوى 14 آذار النائب بطرس حرب أنه "أصبح واضحا ان قوى 8 آذار تسعى الى تطيير الانتخابات المقبلة الأمر الذي سيعطل المادة من الدستور التي تحدد حالات اعتبار الحكوزمة مستقيلة، وذلك حتى لا تعتبر مستقيلة وتبقى في السلطة".
واشار حرب خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده ظهر السبت في الحازمية الى أن "هدف 8 آذار الحقيقي هو الاستيلاء على السلطة ولو على حساب الصوت المسيحي ومن هنا تأييد رئيس تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ميشال عون الغريب للنظام النسبي".
وشدد في السياق نفسه على أن " الموالاة تسعى الى تطيير الانتخابات المقبلة الأمر الذي سيعطل المادة من الدستور التي تحدد حالات اعتبار الحكوزمة مستقيلة، وذلك حتى لا تعتبر مستقيلة وتبقى في السلطة".
ولفت حرب الى أن "هذا المخطط لن يمر"، مشددا على التمسك "باجراء الانتخابات النيابية في موعدها ولن نقبل تأجيلها لاي سبب كان".
وبالنسبة لقانون الإنتخابات، أكد "اننا نريد قانونا جديدا للانتخابات غير قانون ميشال عون وحلفائه الصادر عام 2008" مردفاً اننا "اتفقنا على قانون الدوائر الخمسين".
ورفض حرب مقولة " اما ان نتفق على قانون الانتخابات او لا انتخابات”، لافتاً الانتباه الى أنه "هناك اصول دستورية لاحترام القوانين نطلب احترامها".
الى ذلك، رأى حرب أن "قوى 14 اذار لا تقاطع اعمال مجلس النواب وهي تعمل مع رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري لعودة اجتماع اللجان المشتركة"، آملا "من قوى 8 اذار ان تسهل مساعينا".
وقال إننا "سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لتنجح اللجنة المتخصصة بموضوع الانتخاب في عملها".
وكان بري قد اقترح على نواب المعارضة الاقامة في فندق مجاور للمجلس في حماية الجيش وقوى الامن كي يتابعوا مهمتهم.
وكانت قوى 14 آذار قد عقدت سلسلة لقاءات مع بري.
وأشار عضو قوى 14 آذار النائب مروان حمادة عقب الاجتماع الأخير الى أن "الوفد شدد على ضرورة الوصول الى حل ايجابي يجب ان يكون باستقالة الحكومة لكي تعود المؤسسات الى ممارسة دورها، ومعها المجلس النيابي".
وأوضح أن "إجتماع اللجنة النيابية لا يزال يحتاج إلى البحث في تفصيل أو أثنين يعمل عليهما بري ونحن سنبحث بهما قبل العودة النهائية إلى إجتماعات اللجنة".
في غضون ذلك، لفتت مصادر وفد 14 آذار الذي زار بري الى إن "المحظور الامني كان حاضرا في اللقاء من زاوية ضرورة تأمين استمرارية عمل اللجنة الخاصة بقانون الانتخاب فلا تتوقف بعد اجتماعها الاول مما يتسبب بصدمة للرأي العام".
يُذكر ان الاجتماع الذي عقد في دارة النائب بطرس حرب في الحازمية في 30 تشرين الاول، حذر من "اجتماع للجان النيابية المشتركة المكلفة بحث قانون الانتخاب دون حضور نواب 14 آذار"، معتبراً ان هكذا عمل يشكل "سابقة خطيرة".
كما اعلن المجتمعون عن قرارهم بـ"ارسال وفد من "14 آذار" للقاء بري من أجل توضيح وجهة نظرنا، والتشاور معه للخروج من المأزق التي اوصلتنا الحكومة اليه".
و يُشار الى ان قوى 14 آذار تتمسك بمطلبها اسقاط الحكومة وهي تقاطع كل الاعمال المرتبطة بمجلس الوزراء وجلسات الحوار اذ انها تتهم الحكومة بـ"تغطية الاغتيالات" خصوصاً اثر اغتيال رئيس فرع المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي اللواء وسام الحسن في 19 تشرين الاول بانفجار سيارة مفخخة في الاشرفية. كما تقاطع الجلسات البرلمانية "لاسباب امنية".
يذكر أن بري كان قد اقترح استضافة نواب "14 آذار" من أعضاء اللجنة الفرعية في فندق قريب من مقر مجلس النواب بعد تأمين الحراسة الأمنية له، مؤكداً أن "تقدماً قد حصل في المشاورات الجارية مع المعارضة".
وجرى مساء الثلاثاء الفائت اتصال هاتفي بين بري و حمادة، تم البحث فيه حول الأوضاع الراهنة.

but the problem is that the majority of lebanese don t think like that. it will take time for a shia to vote for a sunni or a sunni to vote for a druze and so on...people will stick to the politicians of their sect,no? lebanon needs a radical change in its mentality, but that takes years! unless a strong gvt abolishes sectariansm and forbids all the religious people to mix with politics. would you agree that hezbollah stops being led by sheikhs?
they should also implement civil laws for all and only these laws are to be applied, not different laws according to your religion.

it was the agenda of M8 before they took over the gvt. it will be again the agenda of the next opposition, whether M8 or M14. no side are actually working to improve the state of the country otherwise we would see it!!!!

Aoun would hang his own mother if he thinks it would get him the presidency. Btw his would certainly need to inlcude himself as well as his son law. I would love nothing more to shove his list up his rear end. As for corruption, I fully agree with you and want nothing more than to prosecute, imprison and take all the money back from the corrupt ( regardless of who they are) and give it back to the people of Lebanon. Having said that, the one thing that M8 is 100% responsible for is terrorism of their own people. Everyone of those bastards have either executed, complied or took part in covering up bombings that not only killed politicians but by standers who never harmed a person in their lives. Some were even children. The fact that they believe that is acceptable is repulsive to say the least.
