وفد وزاري عربي في غزة التي تنتظر الاعلان من القاهرة عن تهدئة متعثرة

نتظر قطاع غزة مساء الثلاثاء اعلانا من القاهرة عن التوصل الى تهدئة بين اسرائيل والفصائل الفلسطينية رغم ان التطورات الميدانية لا تبشر بقرب التوصل الى وقف لعملية "عمود السحاب" التي تشنها اسرائيل على القطاع منذ نحو اسبوع.
وفي حين اكدت مصادر فلسطينية ومصرية في القاهرة قرب الاعلان عن التوصل الى تهدئة، تسارعت وتيرة الغارات الاسرائيلية على القطاع موقعة 26 قتيلا فلسطينيا، في حين اعلنت اسرائيل مقتل اثنين من مواطنيها احدهما جندي بصواريخ اطلقت من القطاع.
وتوقعت مصادر في حركتي الجهاد وحماس عقد مؤتمر صحافي في القاهرة مساء الثلاثاء للاعلان عن التوصل الى تهدئة. وقال مصدر مسؤول في حركة الجهاد الاسلامي انه "سيعقد مؤتمر صحافي مشترك الليلة في القاهرة بين حماس والجهاد الاسلامي والوسيط المصري لاعلان التهدئة". واكد مصدر مسؤول في حماس، فضل بدوره عدم الكشف عن هويته، هذا النبأ دون اعطاء مزيد من التفاصيل.
وفي غزة خفف سامي ابو زهري المتحدث باسم حركة حماس في بيان من موجة التفاؤل بقرب التوصل الى اتفاق وقال "تؤكد حركة حماس انها حتى الان لم تتلق الرد الاسرائيلي وتدعو وسائل الاعلام الى عدم التعجل وان الرئاسة المصرية هي من سيعلن اتفاق التهدئة عند التوصل اليه".
واكد مصدر مصري مطلع على المفاوضات لوكالة فرانس برس من القاهرة انه "حتى الان، لا يوجد قرار نهائي"، مضيفا ان "مصر بعثت المقترح النهائي.. ونحن في انتظار الرد الاسرائيلي النهائي"، مشيرا الى انه "في حال وجود اتفاق على ذلك فهذا يعني اننا قريبون من اعلان وقف لاطلاق النار".
من ناحيته قال مصدر دبلوماسي اسرائيلي لوكالة فرانس برس ان المفاوضات جارية، مضيفا "نحن نعمل بجد كبير لاستخدام قنواتنا الدبلوماسية ونحن نعمل بشكل متواصل. ولكنني لا استطيع ان اعطيكم وقتا محددا للتوصل (الى تهدئة)".
وكان قد أعلن نبيل العربي امين عام الجامعة العربية خلال زيارته لقطاع غزة على راس وفد وزاري عربي رفيع الثلاثاء، أن "المشكلة ليست في التهدئة ولكن يجب التركيز على انهاء الاحتلال".
وقال العربي خلال لقائه مع اسماعيل هنية رئيس وزارء حكومة حماس في مقر رشاد الشوا في مدينة غزة، أن "المشكلة الحقيقية ليس في التهدئة المشكلة الحقيقية انه يجب تركيز جميع الدول العربية والاسلامية والصديقة في كل العالم على انهاء الاحتلال، هذه هي المشكلة الرئيسية".
واضاف انه "بعد ما رايناه من دمار (...) اذا (حصلت) التهدئة سوف تقصف وسوف يتكرر ويبقى العدوان، يجب التركيز على انهاء الاحتلال".
واوضح "انا اعتقد ما رايناه اليوم يؤكد مرة اخرى ان الشعب الفلسطيني لن ينكسر في يوم من الايام. ما نراه اليوم في غزة انما يدل على العدوان الغاشم المتكرر منذ ستين عاما".
بدوره، قال اسماعيل هنية رئيس الوزراء المقال "نحن نتابع ما يجري في القاهرة والجهد التركي والقطري وجهود وزراء الخارجية العرب برئاسة الامين العام".
واضاف هنية: "لسنا ضد وقف الحرب وحماية ابناء شعبنا وكل الجهود التي تبذل هي مباركة لكننا نريد تهدئة تضمن وقف العدوان وتضمن عدم تكراره".
واوضح "ان حكومته تعمل علي مسارين لوقف العدوان اولهما عبر دعم المقاومة بكافة اشكالها والثاني الجهد الدبلوماسي".
وقد وصل العربي على رأس وفد وزاري عربي يضم ايضا وزير خارجية تركيا الى قطاع غزة عبر معبر رفح البري على الحدود المصرية.
واكد المكتب الاعلامي التابع لحكومة حماس في بيان صحفي "وصول وفد الجامعة العربية ووزراء الخارجية عبر معبر رفح". واشار مسؤول في حكومة حماس الى ان وزير خارجية تركيا احمد داود اوغلو من ضمن الوفد.
وقال المسؤول في حماس ان الوفد يضم اكثر من عشرة وزراء وممثلين عن دول عربية ابرزها مصر وتركيا والعراق والسودان وتونس والمغرب والسعودية واليمن اضافة الى رياض المالكي وزير الخارجية الفلسطيني الذي يزور غزة لاول مرة منذ سيطرة حماس عليها في 2007.
وتاتي زيارة الوفد في حين تواصل اسرائيل غاراتها الجوية الكثيفة على قطاع غزة لليوم السابع على التوالي.
واعلن الرئيس المصري محمد مرسي الثلاثاء ان "العدوان الاسرائيلي" على غزة "سينتهي اليوم"، متوقعا التوصل الى تهدئة خلال ساعات، كما نقلت وكالة انباء الشرق الاوسط.
ونقلت الوكالة عن مرسي قوله "مهزلة العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة ستنتهى اليوم الثلاثاء" و"جهود عقد الهدنة بين الجانبين الفلسطيني والاسرائيلي ستسفر عن نتائج إيجابية خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة".

The President of Egypt is trying his best in coordinating with all parties a cease fire to stopping the bloodshed....He is been praised by all parties (Palestinians, Western, Arab, UN etc..)....a good man...one more thing, he was elected on the Muslim Brotherhood ticket...I am supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood but don't believe the ones that use Muslim Brotherhood as a scare tactic...Salafists are VERY different from MB.

Norsi won with the 51 percent of the vote, that rating is by itself a revolution unless u miss e 99 percent. We have to respect the choice of egyptians, at the end of the day the brotherhood will play ball, no one can be a dictator from here on.

We respect the choice of the majority as long as the majority respects the equal rights of the minorities (all minorities)..... this willl be the basis of Democratic rule. The verdict is still out on how well this applies in Egypt, I will wait and see. I will see if an attack against a church is dealt with as harshly as an attack against a mosque. I will see if a Christian converting to Islam receives the same treatment as a Muslim converting to Christianity. Will see if a minority will ever have a chance to win the top office just as Kennedy and now Obama did in the USA..... I will just wait and see and hope for the best.

Iran and ha are not happy one bit with the way events are unfolding in gaza believe me, the biggest political winner in this is egypt and president morsi, and the biggest loser is iran then israel, bashar does not count cause he is a nobody by now. bigjohn, If Nasrallah was right then Egypt would not have lost the Sinai penninsula during Nasser's day (the summit of Arabism days). In fact if it was not for the moderates (and that included Syria until their alliance with Iran and Hezb became too much to tolerate by the West and Israel) I am afraid the Capitals Damascus and Amman will be under Israeli occupation also. So moderation resulted in 40 peaceful years for Egypt and Syria, returned the precious Sinai to Egypt. The best way to resist Israel is to out do them economically, commercially and build a true and solid ethnic identity not based on Welayat Elfaqih or Salafism. Once Arab citizens start respecting their particular States and other Nations start respecting us, then we have a chance of defeating Israel without firing a shot (just compare populations, resources, and land size and Israel should have no chance).

The moderate and educated populace who want to live decently and thrive knowing that peaceful resistance is the best way when you are outgunned (ask Gandhi).... those elements have been chased out of the Gaza strip when Hamas took over the place. So the current populace of Gaza are either helpless civilians or rabid dogs with much braun and not enough brain who look in the mirror and think they are lions. Causalities so far are 140 to 4 and yet their glorious leaders will at the end call it a divine victory (sounds familiar... someone else thought they had such a victory few years ago). The glorious leaders will beat their chests while standing on the corpses of the ddead innocent civilians.
