مساعد كلينتون اتصل بجنبلاط متمنيا مساعدته بتأليف حكومة جديدة مع تجنب الفراغ

تلقى رئيس الحزب التقدمي اﻻشتراكي وليد جنبلاط اتصاﻻ هاتفيا من مساعد وزيرة الخارجية الاميركية وليام بيرنز حيث تمنى بيرنز على جنبلاط المساعدة في تأليف حكومة لبنانية جديدة من دون الوقوع في الفراغ.
وأكد جنبلاط بحسب بيان صادر عن الحزب مساء الإثنين "موقفه السابق لناحية عدم ممانعة اﻻتفاق على قيام حكومة جديدة" مشيرا الى ان ذلك "ﻻ يتم اﻻ من خلال دعم جهود رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال سليمان وسعيه المستمر ﻻبقاء قنوات الحوار مفتوحة بين الفرقاء اللبنانيين".
ولفت جنبلاط إلى أهمية "الخروج من حالة القطيعة الراهنة التي ﻻ تؤدي سوى الى المزيد من اﻵفاق المسدودة" مجددا رفضه المطلق "وقوع البلاد في الفراغ حفاظا على اﻻستقرار والسلم الاهلي".
ويأتي اتصال بيرنز بعد اغتيال رئيس فرع المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي اللواء وسام الحسن في التاسع عشر من الجاري.
وعلى إثر الإنفجار الكبير طالبت قوى 14 آذار باستقالة الحكومة فورا مطالبة بحكومة إنقاذية حيادية.
وكان الموقف الدولي بداية متخوفا من الفراغ لتطالب بعدها الأصوات الغربية بدعم مبادرة رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان بتشكيل حكومة جديدة.
وآخر فصول مشهد الدعم كان زيارة الرئيس الفرنسي فرانسوا هولاند الأحد إلى لبنان لفترة قصيرة التقى فيها سليمان وشدد على ضرورة الحوار محذرا من تقويض استقرار البلد.
