حرب: سليمان هو صاحب الطلب بتسليم "الداتا" كاملة للأجهزة الأمينة والحكومة تعرقل

أكد النائب بطرس حرب أن رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال سليمان هو "صاحب الطلب بتسليم داتا الإتصالات الكاملة الى الأجهزة الامنية" للتحقيق في محاولة الإغتيال الذي استهدفه و"سائر المحاولات الأخرى"، مستغربا في هذا الإطار "عرقلة مجلس الوزراء للتحقيق باعتبار ان أحد المشتبه فيهم "ينتمي الى حزب الله".
وقال حرب في حديث الى صحيفة "النهار": إن سليمان هو صاحب الطلب بتسليم داتا الإتصالات كاملة الى الأجهزة الأمنية، ولكن مجلس الوزراء لم يؤازره انطلاقا من تفسير خاطىء للقانون 140 الذي يتعلق بالتنصت على الاتصالات، في حين أن الأمر هنا يتعلق بحركة الاتصالات فقط".
وأوضح "وعليه كان الاجتماع في قصر بعبدا في سياق ما يتمسك به الرئيس به سليمان. لكن الاشتراط في تقييد تسليم بصمات حركة الاتصالات الـ(IMZI) والتي تشكل الذاكرة التي تبقى حتى لو جرى اتلاف (الكارت) المستخدم يمثل عقبة جدية امام التحقيق".
واستغرب حرب "عرقلة مجلس الوزراء للتحقيق باعتبار أن أحد المشتبه فيهم (في قضية محاولة اغتياله) ينتمي الى "حزب الله" المشارك في الحكومة".
وأضاف حرب "للنهار": "بدلا من أن تدعو الحكومة هذا المشتبه فيه الى أن يدلي بافادته أمام التحقيق ويثبت براءته تراها تعرقل مثوله"، لافتا الى أن "انتظار تعديل القانون 140 فيحتاج في أقل تعديل الى 6 أشهر، وعندئذ يكون يللي ضرب ضرب ويللي هرب هرب، ونعطي المجرم فرصة ارتكاب جرائم جديدة".
ولاحظ حرب أن "حزب الله" الذي "لديه امكانات التنصت على اللبنانيين يتصرف بحرية، في حين أن الدولة بأجهزتها الامنية محرومة امكانات اجراء التحقيق بعيدا من انتهاك خصوصيات اللبنانيين"، مبديا أسفه من أن "رجال قانون في مجلس الوزراء، وانا احترمهم يتصرفون وفق الموقف السياسي بدلا من التزام القانون".
وكان محمود حايك، المشتبه به في محاولة اغتيال حرب رفض المثول أمام أجهزة التحقيق الامنية، بسبب انتمائه الى جهاز أمني تابع لـ"حزب الله"، وفق ما أكده حرب ومصادر أمنية.
فقد شدد حرب في أحاديث صحفية عدة أن شخصا مشتبها فيه في محاولة اغتياله، طلب منه أن يحضر أمام أجهزة التحقيق فرفض بحجة انتمائه الى جهاز أمني تابع لـ"حزب الله".
وعن ملابسات تعقب سيارة لموكبه في تنورين أول من أمس، قال حرب للصحيقفة عينها: "ان مخابرات الجيش اعتبرت ركابها الثلاثة عناصر مكلفة من جانبها، في حين أن التحقيق معهم كشف أنهم من أصحاب السوابق وكان المطلوب توقيفهم بموجب المذكرات والاحكام الصادرة بحقهم لا إطلاقهم كما حصل".
ولقد طارد ثلاثة أشخاص موكب حرب في تنورين الجمعة، فعمد مرافقيه إلى توقيفهم وتسليمهم إلى مخفر البلدة وتبين في ما بعد أنه صادر بحق اثنين مذكرات توقيف وجرت اتصالات لإخلاء سبيلهم.
يُشار الى أن مجلس الوزراء كان قد قرر في جلسته مطلع الشهر الجاري، اعطاء الاجهزة الامنية "داتا الاتصالات" وحصر بصمة الشريحة الـ"IMSI" بمنطقة جغرافية محددة.
ولقد تعرض حرب في الخامس من تموز إلى محاولة اغتيال عبر زرع ثلاثة أشخاص، عبوة ناسفة داخل مصعد المبنى الذي يقع فيه مكتبه في سامي الصلح.
