سلام سيستخدم حقه الدستوري بالدعوة الى جلسات حكومية: للاتيان برئيس توافقي

شدد رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام على وجوب الاتيان برئيس وفاقي للجمهورية ، رافضا الاستمرار بالتعطيل و لافتا أيضا الى أنه سيستخدم حقه الدستوري بالدعوة الى جلسات "لمناقشة الاولويات".
وقال بحسب صحيفة "السفير" الناس تعبت "وستتعب أكثر ولا يجوز المضي هكذا في التعطيل وكأن البلد بألف خير".
وأوضح "أنا قلت لوزير خارجية ايران محمد جواد ظريف إن إشادتكم بالحكومة ورئيسها يجب أن تصرف في خانة الإتيان برئيس وفاقي وإلا فإن الانهيار والخراب واقع حتماً في لبنان".
وأضاف "لن أقبل بتكرار سيناريو الجلسات الحكومية نفسها، بل سأستخدم حقي الدستوري بالدعوة الى جلسة حكومية تناقش الأولويات الضرورية مثل دفع رواتب شهر ايلول المستحقة في نهاية آب الحالي".
وأشار سلام الى ان "هذه القضية تحتاج الى تغطية حكومية وتشريعية"، لافتا الى أن "الأمر نفسه يسري على ملف النفايات إذ إننا نقوم حاليا بتجميع النفايات في أماكن محددة لكن عندما يبدأ موسم الشتاء سترتفع الصرخة".
عليه، دعا الى اتخاذ القرارات في مجلس الوزراء".
أما حول الصيغة المقترحة بترفيع 8 ضباط الى رتبة لواء، رأى سلام أنه "يمكن الطعن بها لأنها تتجاوز أحقية عشرين ضابطا برتية عميد يستحقون الترقية قبل المقترحة أسماؤهم"، معتبرا ان "هذا الأمر يهدد بنيان المؤسسة العسكرية".
وعوّل سلام أمام زواره بحسب "السفير" كثيرا على حكمة رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري ورئيس الحزب "التقدمي الاشتراكي" وليد جنبلاط من أجل صياغة مخارج تؤدي للخروج من الأزمة وإعادة تفعيل عمل الحكومة وفتح أبواب مجلس النواب، وإلا فإن الأمور ستأخذ منحى مختلفا.
وقال "أنا عندما هددت بالاستقالة، لم أكن أناور، لكن ضغط الناس من جهة والصدمة السياسية الإيجابية التي أحدثها قراري من جهة ثانية، أديا الى تراجعي عن تلك الخطوة".

The government never collapses. The pseudo-government officials, who have not stood for election in over 6 years are completely illegitimate and they have the position of "holdover" Ministers in a "holdover" Government.
They have made themselves almost completely irrelevant to the welfare of the Lebanese State because they are so dysfunctional at the task of government. When the garbage is not picked up, the people make a fuss, and then they all decide which one will stuff their pockets with money from a garbage removal contract. It is institutionalized thievery in the Government and the Lebanese people, ever resilient and capable of assimilating to any circumstance has accepted this as business as usual.

Salam needs to put his foot down and tell the FPM to either get with the plan or butt out, as they are better off in the opposition to the government.
