جنبلاط مقتنع "بالحيثية الوطنية للجنرال"...وعون يجدد رفضه التمديد للمجلس

اعلن رئيس "الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي "النائب وليد جنبلاط أنه "مقتنع بالحيثية الوطنية للجنرال" (رئيس تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ميشال عون) بالترشح للرئاسة.
واكد جنبلاط بعد لقائه عون الاربعاء في كليمنصو بحضور تيمور انه لم يتطرق الى موضوع الرئاسة خلال اللقاء،لافتا الى انه مقتنع بالحيثية الوطنية لعون وانه تم البحث في امن الوطن والتمسك بالوحدة الوطنية.
واشار جنبلاط الى ان "الحرب على "داعش" يجب أن تشمل كل الفرقاء والدول المعنية وان تكون تحت الفصل السابع".
وبدوره جدد عون رفضه للتمديد ، مشيرا الى ان "وجهات النظر مع جنبلاط كانت متطابقة وأن التنسيق مستمر".
وكان عون قد اعلن الثلاثاء ان "صفقة" التمديد للبرلمان قد تمت، قائلا:"ترشيحي وصل (إلى وزارة الداخلية) وكل الإحتمالات واردة وإذا صحت التصاريح اليوم هناك تمديد للمجلس كما كنا منتظرين ولكن ترشحنا كي لا نترك مجالا للصدف" بحصول الإنتخابات".
واضاف:"قلت في مقابلة أنني لن أترشح ضد (رئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية سمير) جعجع وأبارك له إذا ربح فأنا لن أترشح إذا لم يكن لدي الصوت السني والصوت السني لم يؤيّدني لكن هذا لا يعني أنّهم يستطيعون أن يفرضوا علي من أنتخب".
يذكر ان جنبلاط التقى عون الشهر الفائت،وشددا على اهمية دعم الجيش اللبناني بشكل "مطلق" ووجوب "الإسراع في ملء الشغور الرئاسي"، خلال زيارة "مفاجئة" قام بها الاول الى الرابية.
وفي حين غادر جنبلاط الرابية دون الادلاء بأي تصريح، أعلن في بيان مشترك صدر ظهر الاربعاء عن لجنة الإعلام في "التيار الوطني الحر" ومفوضية الإعلام في "الحزب التقدمي الإشتراكي" عن انه جرى التداول في التطورات السياسية الراهنة في لبنان والمنطقة.

apparently jumblat's son is attending the meeting. For my part, i really believe that jumblat will earn respect if he opens his 'feodal' position among his community to democratical rules...democracy starts there (-:
...maybe his son Taymour is more courageaous...hopefully. His community should not be afraid of other ones as there is a precedent - first step is always the harder - that should keep him confident

In my book, there are leaders who are loyal to the country and others who are bought and sold by external powers.
Any leader who's loyalty is first and foremost to an external power should be disqualified from holding a public office.

Don't kid yourself or us FT. They are all bought and sold. M8 is the worst of the lot. They all have outside patrons, either in KSA or Iran. Among the Lebanese political class there are no exceptional people. All are beholding to their money sources. In this manner, they are just like the American political class who are also beholding to those who give them money rather than to the people and the country they allegedly serve.

Continues to speak his mind as in he's not a candidate but no other candidate is allowed to be discussed, the people should vote but he never proposed an amendment because it'd be a coup against Ta'ef thus he's incapable of proposing an amendment even though the current mechanism is futile, but he's a reformist... Yeah that's speaking his mind all right...

It is well known that Aoun acts the role of "false mother of the baby"
What we need is a fair judge to give the baby to the true mother.
Aoun feels old and that is his last chance.
Aoun does not care about the country (vacuum, bad economy, civil war danger, Christian annihilation). He Has always been obsessed by presidency (even as a hated president).

“I am convinced with Aoun's patriotic rational behind his candidacy,” said Jumblat following talks with the FPM leader in Clemenceau.
