التقرير الشرعي يؤكد وفاة الماجد "نتيجة الأمراض والإشتراكات" وجثته إلى السعودية "خلال ساعات"

أعلن النائب العام التمييزي القاضي سمير حمود أن التقرير الشرعي عن وفاة أمير كتائب "عبدالله عزام" ماجد الماجد صدر مساء الخميس وتبين أن السبب هو "الأمراض والإشتراكات".
وقال حمود لـ"الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام" مساء الخميس أن التقرير "اكد مضمون التقرير الاول الذي صدر عن الطبيب الشرعي".
وأضاف "التقرير جاء مفصلا ومسهبا واكد ان التقرير افاد ان الوفاة ناتجة عن الامراض والاشتراكات".
ولفت الى انه "سيتسلم غدا التقرير في شكل رسمي" .
وأضاف "نسلم الجثة الى ذوي الماجد فور انجاز الاجراءات القانونية ولاسيما اننا كان تسلمنا طلبا رسميا من شقيقه عبر الطرق الديبلوماسية لتسلم الجثة".
وفي السياق عينه أفادت قناة الـ"MTV" أن الجثة ستسلم للسعودية "خلال ساعات".
وكان قد تلقى حمود الثلاثاء طلباً من السفارة السعودية يفيد أن شقيق الماجد يريد استرداد جثته.
وأعلنت قيادة الجيش في بيان ظهر السبت وفاة الماجد، جراء قصور في الكلى أثناء تواجده في المستشفى العسكري اللبناني، بعد أن كان قد أوقف في 26 كانون الاول الفائت.
إلا أن العديد من المقالات الصحفية خصوصا في الصحف المقربة من قوى الثامن من آذار انتقدت بيان الجيش وطالبت بتقرير لعدة أطباء.
يُشار الى أن اسم السعودي ماجد محمد عبدالله الماجد "مدرج على لائحة من 85 اسماً" لمطلوبين من السلطات السعودية للاشتباه بصلاتهم بتنظيم القاعدة، ومطلوب بمذكرات توقيف من القضاء في لبنان منذ عام 2006.
واتهم الماجد بالتدبير لتفجير السفارة الإيرانية في 19 تشرين الثاني الفائت.

welcome my friend. Granted our army is not exactly well equipped, thus the KSA $3B is most welcome, but in light of the huge difficulties it is facing I can only praise this army.
they have to face takfiris. They have to face pro Syrians. They have to face suicide bombers. They have to face Israel and other troubles. I think this army has a lot on its plate
God help our army and we all need to keep exhibiting our support if anything it ups their morale besides it is the only unifying force in the country

Why does the Army have to be accused wholesale of foul play? There are rotten apples in the Army like any other organisation, that doesn't make the Army rotten.
I happen to find the man's death suspiciously convenient at this point in time. No proof and no accusation, just the guessing of a seasoned Lebanese person who knows how accounts are sometimes settled in this country. Please remember that Lebanese institutions are thoroughly infiltrated by agents from both sides the conflict, being Syrian, Saudi, Israeli or whoever has an interest in the affairs of this country. There has been ample evidence of this.

I don't really appreciate people hitting the "report" button because they don't agree with a poster. On the other hand, if the post contains personal attacks and insults to the poster, then reporting is warranted.
FT, you are being baited all the time and I've seen you sometimes lose your cool and take the bait. My modest advice is this: when they insult you personally (traitor, stupid and so forth), don't reply: Hit the report button.
I wish we could come to a gentleman's agreement on this site to attack the ISSUES and not the PERSONS supporting them.
In conclusion, and although you and I don't always agree on politics, I value your opinion here. An I hope that Naharnet would take a holistic view of its banning policies, in the interest of democracy and the unfettered exchange of ideas in Lebanon.
