Microsoft on Thursday said that it is weaving insights from user's Facebook friends into Bing results as part of the biggest revamp of the search engine since its launch three years ago.

A new version of Bing will be rolled out in the weeks ahead and was to be widely available in the United States in early June.

Bethesda Softworks on Thursday announced that its "Dishonored" videogame featuring a betrayed bodyguard turned supernatural assassin will hit in October.

The title being created for Bethesda by Arkane Studios will be released in North America on October 9 and in Europe three days later.

Take-Two Interactive Software said on Wednesday that release of a much-anticipated "BioShock Infinite" videogame was postponed into early next year.

The third installment in the "BioShock" franchise will be available on February 26 instead of in October to allow developers at Take-Two studio Irrational Games time to make improvements and refinements, according to 2K.

Samsung Electronics on Wednesday announced it is buying mSpot to take advantage of the Silicon Valley company's prowess at streaming music and films to smartphones or tablet computers.

The South Korean consumer electronics powerhouse did not reveal what it is paying to acquire mSpot, which is based in the Northern California city of Palo Alto.

Thousands of Twitter Passwords Exposed Online

Twitter on Tuesday said that it was trying to figure out how user names and passwords from thousands of accounts apparently wound up posted at an online file sharing website.

Information posted on Pastebin.com pages appeared to be from about 35,000 Twitter accounts, not counting about 20,000 that seemed to be redundancies, according to a message "tweeted" by the San Francisco firm.

Toyota Unveils 'First All-Electric SUV' on the Market

Toyota unveiled Monday what it says is the first all-electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) on the market, a version of its popular RAV4 with a top range of 100 miles and minimum six-hour charge time.
