Minister Confirms Ban on 'Brazil's Vuvuzela'

The "caxirola", Brazil's percussion answer to South Africa's plastic vuvuzela horn, will be banned from stadiums during the Confederations Cup and the World Cup for safety reasons, authorities said Friday.
