A spokeswoman for the singer says the 21-year-old canceled her performance Tuesday after she was hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

U.S. pop diva Lady Gaga is slated to perform at a summer music festival in South Korea, where her first show two years ago received an adult-only rating from state censors.

The festival, to be held at Seoul's Olympic stadium on August 15-16, will feature a host of K-pop stars including "Gangnam Style" rapper Psy, the YG entertainment agency said.

Norway will hand to China a copy of "The Cave of the Silken Web", a classic Chinese film that had long thought to be lost, the National Library of Norway said Monday.

The delivery of the silent film from 1927 is expected to arrive in Beijing on Tuesday.

Two Vietnamese pop stars have been co-opted into South Africa's campaign to save the rhino so that they can help spread the message in East Asia where demand for rhino horn is huge.

The two, Thu Minh and Thanh Bui, were hosted by the Wilderness Foundation, a conservation group headquartered in the coastal city of Port Elizabeth and which is at the forefront of saving the rhino.

The pop star and "American Idol" judge was honored Saturday night at the 25th annual GLAAD Media Awards with the Vanguard Award, which lauds efforts to increase visibility and understanding of the gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender community. In addition to being an outspoken advocate for gay rights, Lopez serves as executive producer of the ABC Family series "The Fosters," which centers on a lesbian couple raising their children. "The Fosters" also won the award for outstanding drama series.

'Hunger Games' Top Winner at MTV Movie Awards

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" earned the prize for best film at Sunday night's MTV Movie Awards, besting even top Oscar winner "12 Years a Slave."

"Hunger Games" stars also took home some of the night's biggest awards. Jennifer Lawrence won best female performance and Josh Hutcherson was voted best male performer.

A lawyer for Stephen Baldwin says the actor has paid off his New York back taxes with a check for the final $100,000.

Baldwin admitted last year that he failed to pay state taxes for 2008, 2009 and 2010. The total, plus interest and penalties, came to $400,000.
