أمير قطر يعلن التنازل عن الحكم لابنه الشيخ تميم

اعلن امير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني الثلاثاء في خطاب الى القطريين تخليه عن السلطة وتسليمها لابنه ولي العهد الشيخ تميم بن حمد ال ثاني بعد 18 سنة في سدة الحكم.
وبات الشيخ تميم البالغ من العمر 33 عاما على راس دولة صغيرة تملك قدرات مالية هائلة وتلعب دورا سياسيا ودبلوماسية كبيرا على الساحة الاقليمية والعالمية، وذلك بعد ان حولها الشيخ حمد الى اكبر مصدر للغاز الطبيعي المسال في العالم.
وقال الامير السابق في الخطاب الذي بثه التلفزيون القطري الرسمي "انني اليوم اخاطبكم كي اعلن اني اسلم مقاليد الحكم للشيخ تميم بن حمد ال ثاني وانا على قناعة تامة انه اهل للمسؤولية وجدير بالثقة وقادر على حمل الامانة وتادية الرسالة".
واعتبر الشيخ حمد انه "حان الوقت ان نفتح صفحة جديدة اخرى في مسيرة وطننا يتولى فيها جيل جديد المسؤولية بطاقاتهم المتوثبة وافكارهم الخلاقة".
كما اعرب الشيخ حمد عن ثقته بان الامير الجديد البالغ من العمر 33 عاما "سيضع مصلحة الوطن وخير اهله نصب عينيه وستكون سعادة الانسان القطري غايته الاولى على الدوام".
واضاف متوجها الى القطريين "ها هو المستقبل امامكم اذ تنتقلون الى عهد جديد ترفع الراية فيه قيادة شابة تضع طموحات الاجيال القادمة نصب عينيها وتعمل دون كلل او ملل من اجل تحقيقيها".
وكان الديوان الاميري دعا القطريين الى مبايعة الامير الجديد اليوم الثلاثاء وغدا الاربعاء في الديوان الاميري، فيما اعلن اليوم الثلاثاء يوم عطلة رسمية.
وتوافدت القبائل والاعيان والمواطنون القطريون طوال اليوم الى الديوان الاميري لمبايعة الامير الشاب.
واظهرت صور تبثها مباشرة القنوات القطرية الامير السابق والجديد يستقبلان القطريين ويصافحانهم.
ويقوم عدد كبير من المتوافدين الى الديوان بتقبيل يد الشيخ حمد وكذلك الشيخ تميم دلالة على الولاء للحكم.
كما قدم امير الكويت خصيصا الى الدوحة لتهنئة الامير الجديد.
وكان في طليعة المتوافدين الى الديوان الاميري الداعية الاسلامي المصري القطري البارز الشيخ يوسف القرضاوي الذي صافح مطولا الامير السابق والامير الجديد.
وسارعت دول الخليج الى تهنئة الامير الجديد، اذ اعرب العاهل السعودي الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز عن الامل في ان يواصل الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني مسيرة والده.
بدوره، اعرب رئيس دولة الامارات الشيخ خليفة بن زايد نهيان عن "تهانيه وتمنياته لسمو أمير قطر بالتوفيق والنجاح في قيادة الشعب القطري الشقيق لتحقيق مزيد مما يصبو إليه من تقدم ورقي وازدهار".
بدورهما ايضا، ابرق ملك البحرين حمد بن عيسى ال خليفة وسلطان عمان قابوس بن سعيد الى امير قطر الجديد لتهنئته بتسلمه مقاليد الحكم.
ويلقي الشيخ تميم الاربعاء خطابه الاول للامة بحسب ما افاد مسؤول قطري وكالة فرانس برس.
وذكرت مصادر متطابقة ان الشيخ تميم سيشكل حكومة جديدة بعد هذا الخطاب على ان يشمل ذلك خصوصا خروج رئيس الوزراء النافذ الشيخ حمد بن جاسم ال ثاني.
وتكثر التكهنات في الدوحة حول اسم رئيس الوزراء المقبل، ويتم تداول اسم وزير الداخلية الشيخ عبد الله بن ناصر ال ثان، واسم نائب رئيس الوزراء احمد بن عبدالله ال محمود وهو من خارج الاسرة الحاكمة ووصوله الى هذا المنصب سيشكل سابقة في دول الخليج.
كما تبقى مسالة تعيين ولي عهد جديد غير واضحة لاسيما ان الابن الذكر الاكبر للشيخ تميم يبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات فقط.
وكان الشيخ حمد وصل الى السلطة في حزيران 1995 اثر انقلاب غير دموي على والده الشيخ خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني. وقد تصالح معه في وقت لاحق.
وما زال والد الشيخ حمد على قيد الحياة، وبالتالي فان قطر هي الدولة الخليجية الوحيدة التي لديها ثلاثة حكام على قيد الحياة.
وقال الشيخ حمد في خطاب التنازل عن الحكم "الله يعلم انني ما اردت السلطة غاية في ذاتها ولا سعيت اليها لدوافع شخصية بل هي مصلحة الوطن املت علينا ان نعبر به الى مرحلة جديدة".
وحول الشيخ حمد (61 عاما) بلاده من وطن صغير مغمور في الخليج الى لاعب اقليمي اساسي، والى اكبر مصدر للغاز الطبيعي المسال مع ترسانة مالية ضخمة.
وكان الشيخ حمد ابلغ الاثنين الاسرة الحاكمة واعيان البلاد في اجتماع بقصره قراره تسليم السلطة الى نجله ولي العهد، وذلك بعد اسابيع من انتشار تقارير ومعلومات حول نية الامير التخلي عن السلطة.
ويعد تخلي الشيخ حمد عن الحكم سابقة في التاريخ السياسي الحديث للمنطقة، اذ لم يتخل اي حاكم وراثي طوعا عن الحكم.
ولد الامير الجديد الشيخ تميم عام 1980 وهو الابن الرابع للامير السابق والثاني له من زوجته الثانية الشيخة موزا بنت ناصر المسند. وتم تعيينه وليا للعهد في الخامس من اب 2003 بعد تخلي شقيقه الاكبر الشيخ جاسم عن المنصب وهو احد ابناء الشيخة موزا ايضا.
وكان ولي العهد يتولى قيادة القوات المسلحة نيابة عن والده ورئاسة اللجنة الاولمبية كما انه نائب رئيس المجلس الاعلى للشؤون الاقتصادية والاستثمار، اضافة الى انه شغوف بالرياضة ويشرف على ملف مونديال العام 2022 الذي تستضيفه قطر. وتخرج الشيخ تميم من كلية ساندهيرست العسكرية البريطانية المرموقة على غرار والده، كما انه محب للثقافة الفرنسية ويتحدث الفرنسية بطلاقة.

Qatar has been agitating in several countries using the Brotherhood including the UAE, Jordan and even an attempted coup in Kuwait that was thwarted just recently.
Just recently an agent of Qatar using the cover of the Red Crescent was apprehended in Lebanon with funds to arm rebels and explicitly to cause more destabilization in Lebanon itself enlisting a well known Sheikh.
Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani was forced to hand over the throne as his power-mad foreign policy proved treacherous to all concerned allies included ... He was lucky to get this opportunity to keep breathing.

Two more of the Sheikhs' mistakes will probably soon be on the agenda. Those are the headquarters of Hamas and the so called Taliban Embassy.
The Taliban Embassy is already stripped of signage but the embarrassment of upstaging the US hand over is still an open wound.
Hamas was offered a great deal of money to relocate to Qatar but Hamas might now start looking for another place to relocate to.

Qatar's is high because of obvious reasons. You also forget the basic reasoning behind GDP. It's an AVERAGE of monetary income. It may be ( for example ), that 10 people make $10 million a year, and 10000 make $10000, the GDP would be ~$100K, while another countries GDP may be slightly higher but more balanced. etc.
