عون:إعطاء داتا الإتصال كاملة جريمة دستورية وسنرفع دعوى خصومة ضد القضاة

رأى رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون أن إعطاء داتا الإتصالات كاملة للأجهزة الأمنية "جريمة بحق الدستور اللبناني" ملمحا إلى رفع دعوى ضد القضاة الذين سمحوا بهذا الأمر، ومكتفيا من جهة أخرى بالإشارة إلى أن قضية مياومي الكهرباء "محلولة".
وقال عون بعد اجتماع التكتل من الرابية عصر الثلاثاء "داتا الإتصالات حاجة قانونية في موضوع معالجة الجرائم ولذلك تعطى في كل بلاد العالم لمن يكافحون الجريمة ولكن أن تعطى الداتا بكاملها فهذه جريمة بحق الدستور اللبناني".
وكان قد كشفت عدة تقارير صحفية عن أن الأجهزة الأمنية تسلمت داتا الإتصالات كاملة من شركتي الخليوي في لبنان وبعد ضغط من قوى 14 آذار المعارضة إلى تسليمها من أجل كشف محاولات اغتيال عدد من قيادييها. ولهذه الغاية ولغيرها قاطعت 14 آذار جلسة الحوار الثانية التي دعا إليها رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان الأسبوع الفائت.
وأوضح عون في حديثه أن هذه الحطوة "تتعارض مع المادة 8 التي تحافظ على الحريات الفردية ومع المادة 14 التي تعطي حرمة للمنزل أي ممنوع على الأمن دخوله بدون إذن من المختا" سائلا "كيف هو مسموح إذا التنصت على الزوج والزوجة وعلي وعليكم وعلى الخصوصيات الحميمة بين البشر".
وإذ استغرب "كيف أن القضاء سمح بتسليم الداتا لأن هذا الأمر يسمح بإرسال برقيات تسجل على أشخاص آخرين" تابع أن "لنا الحق أن نبحث مع المحامين ربط نزاع وخصومة مع القضاة أنفسهم لأنه لا يمكن أن يتنصت أحد علينا فهذا الأمر قابل للإبتزاز في أي أمر ما".
وأبدى عون شكه في أن تحفظ الأجهزة الأمنية "فقط" هذه الداتا سائلا أيضا "كيف نمكن أن نتأكد أن القضاء سيبت بسرعة في الجرائم من خلال الداتا؟".
وخلص إلى أن "التنصت في كل دول العالم لا يجوز فليس لأحد الحق بالدخول على خصوصيات الناس وإلا فلنمزق الدستور ولنطبق العشائرية" متحديا أن "يكون قد اكتشف جهاز المعلومات جريمة واحدة من 2005 حتى اليوم".
ولدى سؤال عون عن قضية مياومو مؤسسة "كهرباء لبنان" قال "المختصون يتحدثون بقضية المياومين أما بالنسبة لنا فالقضية محلولة".
وفي حين يستمر اعتصام المياومين منذ أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر للمطالبة بالأجور والتثبيت في ملاك المؤسسة حذر اليوم رئيس مجلس الإدارة كمال الحايك من أن الأمور تتجه إلى منحى "خطير" أي إلى قطع التيار في الساعات المقبلة، في ظل معلومات صحفية عديدة عن تصاعد التوتر بين عون ورئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري جراء هذا الملف.
ولدى سؤال عون حول أن هناك "حزبا يتنصت على كل اللبنانيين" في إشارة إلى حزب الله سأل عون "من هو الحزب الذي يتنصت على كل اللبنانيين؟ هذا أمر مستحيل تقنيا وما من أحد موصول على الخطوط وهناك شيفرة وعلى الأقل تطلب الداتا كي يتم الدخول، وهذا الأمر غير متوفر لأحد إلا لوزارة الإتصالات التي لديها إمضاء كل جهاز".

It is completely true unfortunately what's left of M14 supporters never read what GMA is stating, they just look at the pic and pour their insults. The telecom data is a very tricky issue and people’s privacy needs to be protected, I don’t think any M14 would like to see his SMS or his private conversation falling in the wrong hands, just imagine someone having the sms you exchange with your girlfriends…

this excuse doesn't fly, especially in this country. Countries that have more and less liberties than us have laws in place that use telecom lately. It just seems that a majority of M8 leaders want a weak central government so they can do whatever they want in their safe havens without fear of government interference. The ones that are likely to be guilty are the ones who fear the data.
Aoun is just along for the ride--his rants have cost him and his party legitimacy because they have little basis of truth.
