3 Grenades Defused in Tripoli's al-Mina
A Lebanese military expert defused on Sunday three hand grenades found in the area of al-Mina in the northern city of Tripoli, the state-run National News Agency reported.
NNA said the grenades were discovered in the area of Borj al-Sibaa.
Army units immediately imposed a security cordon as an expert defused the grenades, it added.
In another bomb scare, two suspicious items were found inside and outside a Civil Defense vehicle in the southern city of Sidon on Sunday, LBCI reported.
The TV station later said that the items were not a bomb.
