Israel says any 'rebuilding attempt' by Hezbollah to draw instant response
An Israeli military source on Thursday warned that “any attempt by Hezbollah to rebuild its capabilities will be met with an immediate response.”
The source added, in remarks to Al-Arabiya’s Al-Hadath channel, that “the Lebanese Army’s practice of its responsibilities and the demonstration of its effectiveness are essential conditions for the implementation of the framework agreement” between Lebanon and Israel.
