Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea returned to Beirut on Tuesday from his trip to Riyadh where he held talks with former Prime Minister Saad Hariri and a number of high-ranking Saudi officials, said the LF media department in a statement.
Geagea and Hariri held lengthy and comprehensive talks on the situation in Lebanon and the region, it added.
The LF leader also met with Saudi Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal, Defense Minister Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz, and the Director of General Intelligence Prince Muqrin bin Abdul Aziz.
Geagea had traveled to Saudi Arabia on Monday.
Upon his return to Lebanon, he received telephone calls from Prime Minister Najib Miqati, former PM Fouad Saniora, MP Sami Gemayel and other officials on the occasion of the Christmas holiday.
