Three Injured in Petrol Station Fire in Hasbaya
At least three people have been injured in a fire blaze that engulfed a petrol station in the southeastern district of Hasbaya, the National News Agency reported on Wednesday.
The blaze started early on Wednesday at the Jumblat Gas Station. The volume of fire grew worse where large plume of black smoke billowed from the site covering the skies over the towns of Hasbaya, al-Arqoub and Marjayun, NNA said.
The fire extended to reach nearby houses after the attempts of Civil Defense firefighters failed to extinguish it, it added.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
