Lyon defender Christophe Jallet will be out for up to four weeks after dislocating his left shoulder in France's 2-0 win against Denmark on Sunday.
Jallet, who has played in all but one of Lyon's 30 league games so far, was carried off on a stretcher in the 89th minute after slipping over trying to make a tackle and landing heavily on his side.
Lyon, which is one behind league leader Paris Saint-Germain, has eight league games remaining and Jallet could miss four of those.
Lyon is also missing former France midfielder Yoann Gourcuff with a hamstring injury.
