Grand Mutfi Sheikh Abdul Latif Daryan on Saturday hoped points of views will be reconciled between al-Mustaqbal movement and Hizbullah during their ongoing dialogue, noting that he is pinning major hopes on the talks.
"We are following up on the details of the dialogue and its course," said Daryan at the Rafik Hariri International Airport before departing to Doha on an official visit.
Al-Mustaqbal and Hizbullah held the third session of their dialogue in Ain al-Tineh, and for the first time they talked about “progress in the discussions” which is “helping to consolidate the nation's stability.”
The two parties said they discussed “last week's political and security situation and the positive effect of the dialogue on it.”
Daryan also stated that he has "big hope that this dialogue will achieve the desired results, whether in regards to immunizing Lebanon or reconciling the points of view between the parties.”
"We hope for a wider dialogue among all the Lebanese that can lead to the stability and security of the country,” he added.
